Shipping

Shipping time and price varies based on weight & size of items and the destination. We use the most cost effective carrier appropriate for your order. The carriers we currently use are USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to placing order. Once tracking information is generated, shipping address cannot be updated and a refund will not be granted.  

Tracking

Once tracking information has been generated, please use the link in your "order has shipped" email to track your order or create an account on our site to visit and track all order history including tracking information directly from our site. Please allow 24 hours for third party carrier tracking sites to update the most current status of your shipment. 

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. No exceptions. 

Processing

Process starts once the order has been confirmed. You'll receive notification once your order has been confirmed. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Once item has shipped, you'll receive notification that your order has shipped.
